Here is Shayan reading his shared book. Mrs Ford got the giggles and it took at least 5 attempts from Shayan to get his book started. Shayan was great and wasn't put off by Mrs Ford's lack of self-management skills.

Mathlympic champs

For Maths Week this week we have had our own Maths Olympics. Each day the teams had problems to solve.

The results were:

2nd Deadly Dividers - Jazmin, Michael, Vienna, Emily
3rd Maths Magicians - Shannae, Ashleigh, Maneo, Thays

Polar bears and global warming

Today in reading we read about polar bears and how global warming is affecting their natural habitat.  We were very concerned and we talked about what we can do to help reduce, re-use and recycle.
