Athletics

We had such a fantastic day for our school athletics. Room 26 represented well and we had 2 children go to zones.

RESULTS:

1st= 9 yr girls shot put - India-Rose

1st 9 yr boys sprints - Conor

3rd 9 yr boys high jump - Conor

1st= 9 yr girls long jump - Kassie

1st 9 yr boys high jump - Seth

2nd 9 yr boys sprints - Seth

3rd 9 yr shot put - Seth

1st 9 yr girls discus - India-Rose

Yr 5 boys relay - 2nd

Yr 5 girls relay - 4th

We had some amazing results and these children got through to the zones:

- Conor - relay team and 80 metre sprints

- Seth - relay team, 80 metre sprints and high jump

Kassie qualified for long jump but unfortunately missed out on going. We all thought she handled the disappointment very maturely.
